Saniya Holidays Package Tour Agency
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual agreement between you (the "Customer" or "You") and Saniya Holidays Package Tour Agency ("Saniya Holidays," "we," "our," or "us") for the provision of package tour services. By booking a package tour with Saniya Holidays, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation:

Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- To secure a reservation, the Customer must make a deposit or full payment, as specified by Saniya Holidays, at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made through accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as provided by Saniya Holidays.

Tour Package Inclusions
- The specific inclusions of each tour package are detailed in the itinerary provided by Saniya Holidays.
- Any additional expenses, such as meals, entry fees, or optional activities not explicitly stated in the itinerary, will be borne by the Customer.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation charges, unless otherwise specified:- 30 days or more prior to the tour start date: Refund of the deposit or full payment (minus any non-refundable fees).
- Between 15 and 29 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days prior to the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
In case of no-show or failure to join the tour at the specified time and location, no refund will be provided.

Amendments by Saniya Holidays
- Saniya Holidays reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. If possible, suitable alternatives will be provided, and the Customer will be informed promptly.
- In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Saniya Holidays may be forced to cancel a tour. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Customer.

Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend that the Customer acquires comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or disruptions.
- Saniya Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Health and Safety
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for the activities included in the tour.
- Saniya Holidays may refuse to allow any Customer to participate in the tour if they are deemed to pose a risk to themselves or others.

Liability
- Saniya Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused during the tour due to circumstances beyond our control.
- The Customer shall indemnify Saniya Holidays against any claim or expense arising from the Customer's actions or negligence during the tour.

Customer Conduct
- The Customer is expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities.
- Any unlawful, disruptive, or offensive behavior may result in the Customer being asked to leave the tour, with no refund provided.

Data Privacy
Saniya Holidays will collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
